   Hi Moose,
Thanks for the reply. After looking into the OIS app it doesn't look
like what I want. Right now I use the OSM Tracker for Android to save
my tracks while hiking. Makes uploading to OSM easy. I've been editing
the trail maps here locally and keeping them up-to-date. (link below)
OSM Tracker is very accurate which is perfect for what I am doing. I
also use other hiking apps like GaiaGPS and Caltopo but their output
isn't as accurate. I don't think they record a point as often as
evident in the jagged tracks. I can save a gpx file which would
probably work to geolocate but I would like a way to batch process a
   directory of image files.
Another tracker that has been recommended is GPS Logger
(BasicAirData). Looks good, good reviews, easy on battery, is free and
doesn't save or share any personal data as most of the other apps do.
It would make a good simple tracker to leave on all day on a road trip.
You mentioned that you use GPSTracker and I found several with that or
similar name name. Which one do you use?
I've also looked in to Geotag Photos Pro2.
[1]https://geotagphotos.net/ It might do what I want. An app that
makes it easy to sync time would be good. I don't use LR so I need
another app to do the batch process. I guess the EXIF Tool will do it
but I wouldn't know how to write a script. Then there is digiKam ...
maybe someday I'll set up a database
   Thx
   Mike
