Nice. Curious, does the back end tube come off or is replaceable between a longer one and a shorter one? I saw one of these available with a longer tube.

As the lens was sold, it fit the exacta mount with infinity focus. All the other examples I saw for sale were in that default state. As removal of the back tube is obscure, I can't imagine there are two lengths.

On this site, they talk about removing the glass and aperture "head" from the focusing helix, for mounting on a bellows. To do that, though, requires a special adapter, Novoflex "CULEX" or equivalent.

On mine, the tube behind the focusing helix has been removed and the mount from it screwed onto the back of the helix. I assume from this that the tube part of the lens tween helix and mount is male/female screw thread. I don't have that part.

Now to just make the frog blow the bubbles.

I'm not sure I have the patience to teach an old frog new tricks.

Did you do much post processing? I assume the contrast is low for the lens.

No post processing of brightness, contrast, etc., but for one of this batch, which is in two versions. All others with the look of Sony sensor system and LR/ACR Raw conversion defaults.

I've been having fun with the lens.
