What you have on your iPad, Nathan, is no more than the text of the related
books, a mere facsimile without the physical attributes (look, feel, sound and
even aroma) which make up a "real" book! But I can sympathise with *all* your
other points 😊

I subscribe to the quote, “A home without books is a body without a soul”. I
fill every available inch of the shelf space in my home office. I also have a
couple of hundred books on my iPad, and growing, something that is very useful
on my many trips (remember those?) but also helps reduce the “discussions” with
SWMBO over my books spilling into other parts of the house.
