The resident photographer/artist here at Chugach State Park has this
big honkin Nikon 200-400 F-something. The lens hood is longer than any
of my lenses. Simply mammoth. It dwarfed the D5 it was attached to.
Granted, this is his business and he gets some incredible shots, but
good grief, man. You need a pack mule.

I'll gladly keep shooting away with the OM Zuiko 300/4.5 for as long
as I can, recognizing that it isn't for every purpose, but I can pick
and choose my purposes.
