A friend is presently supposed to be flying from here to Denver. Just a
short flight of about two hours, maybe less. Turns out to be a "breeder"
flight, meaning lots of happy screaming children. Then the plane breaks and
the departure is delayed for 2 1/2 hours. Now the terminal restaurants are all
closed and dinner consists of a Cliff bar and a water fountain.
Makes an engine out at night in stormy weather seem like a pleasant
experience.
