Are you saying the back end fits an OM film camera?
The Kipon one I just returned looks so similar, it must be a knock-off. But it
is MFT on the camera end and OM on the lens end. Too bad it can only go on the
PEN digitals, as the EVF housing on others won't allow it to mount. I don't
know if it will go on Panasonic MFTs or not.

Being in Russia, shipping is expensive and slow. But if you send him a drawing,
he'll make you a part. You can also send him a couple parts, and he'll make a
composite. ("I need to mount THIS on THIS" sort of deal.)

Yea, same badness with the 20/2 macro.
If it works, I may be willing to do conversions for others. I thought it would
be a simple cord change, but it also requires a trigger transformer, which I
have located in Israel. Now, just have to wire it up...
Getting the proper cord/plug might be a challenge now that John no longer has a
relationship with Olympus.

I think it's closer to three stops, but I could be wrong.
I have used polarizing film on the T-28 heads before. Cut it the same as the
T-28 filters, and it will slip right into the slot.
But you're severely constrained in x-pol work, because the twin lights must be
oriented so they have the same polarization.
With the 38 (and 20), I imagine you'd have to tape a bit of polarizing material
(in the proper orientation) to the front of the lens. You should be able to do
that without messing up the lens, as the front element is recessed.
