I thought it were 60.000 copies, but of no importance at all now.
Whatever number of copies, it's too much for these extremists.
I get my copy every week to my home address here in The Netherlands
[although a few days after the publication date].

I suppose the million copies will sell out in a record time, but normally
it is on sale in speciallized newspaper shops throughout Europe [and maybe
French Canada].
No idea whether there will be a supply for the USA of this extra edition,
with half the number of pages of the regualar edition [printed on the
presses of La Libération (Freedom)]

I'll try to buy an extra copy and if that will happen, which I doubt, but
it's worth a try, I'll send you a private email asking whether you're still
interessted or whether you already got a copy from another source.
