Researching for our Scotland trip turned up a dearth of travel guides in 
e format. Seemed an obvious oversight as travel guides tend to be fat 
and heavy and go out of date. I even contacted penguin. Response, "We're 
swamped with converting to e-book, check back." So I used my old exacto 
knife and tape method.
