Thanks, Jim.  I've been studying it off and on for some time so do know 
how it's "supposed to" operate.  What I'm looking for now is real world 
experience that may indicate it's not all that it's cracked up to be by 
the vendor. (faulty equipment, admin, shipping or billing snafus, etc)
