I've noticed this too. In a side-by-side test, the EM1 felt signicantly
quicker. The EVF is almost transparent. The XE2 was somewhere between the
two. Sony viewfinders seem all over the place and I haven't found a pattern
to them yet.

For photography where I'm trying to time things better, I am a two-eyed
shooter.
