Warmed up a bit this morning; only -20c at breakfast time and before
sunrise. More skiffs of snow promised by day's end ..... upwards of a foot
adding to the three feet or so already on the ground. Sales of snow shovels
have been brisk lately. Good time to be invested in utility company stocks
...... power consumption is surging.
