No.  Roundabouts (traffic circles) are very rare in the US outside of 
Massachusetts where they are quite common (but small).  We've just had a 
small one installed in the center of Binghamton, NY about 8 miles from 
my house.  I'm sure there must be more but it's the only one I know of 
in the state.  I would be very surprised if there's a single roundabout 
anywhere west of the Mississippi river.
