Brian,

I just found the box and CD of LR2 that I will never use again - it  
works on Macs, Windows XP and Vista.
Pentium 4 - 1GB RAM and 1024x768.

Can be yours for the asking and postage if you think it may fit your  
needs as it did mine for at least two years.
You can batch-tag photos, sort them, edit, etc.
And most importantly for you serves as a DB to retrieve your takes.
