The Progo I got from Amazon is working fine. It charges properly on the Oly
charger and seems to communicate properly
with the camera.
The Wasabi Power batteries also work fine, as a practical matter. They also
seem to communicate with the camera, but I
assume the reading may be false. They do require a different charger, but that
may even be a benefit. If, say, one had
used the Oly or Progo and a Wasabi during a day, one could charge both at the
same time, which I have done.
None of them will take as many pics as the original Oly, but do decently. As
best I recall, the Oly was running over
200. The others do 150+. I think a week or so ago with the Progo was 160. I did
have one go only about 50 shots, but I
think I left the camera on in a position such that the EVF was on for a long
time.
