Just checked. All four of my batteries, Oly and Progo that charge with the Oly
charger and two Wasabi Powers that charge
with their own, different charger seem to be fully charged.
Both Oly and Progo have been recently used, one fully discharged, and
recharged. The Wasabis have been used less
recently. One last charged probably a few weeks ago and the other maybe months
ago.
IF - IF it is not a memory problem, it may be only a problem with a particular
batch, although possibly more than one brand.
