Welcome back Michael! we used to have a home in Bath and it is indeed a
lovely city.
Don't think just of UK for English-speaking university - because of the UK
pricing system many UK students are now coming to (Flemish-) Belgium and
Dutch universities that are doing some courses 100% in English - examples
Leuven (BE), Maastricht (NL).
