The Tamron 90mm is one of the lenses which is reported to have a hot spot
when used with a digital camera. Search for "Tamron 90mm hotspot". If the
adapter can't be moved to another lens, consider if the hotspot will be too
big of an issue for you.

Taking a rare jump out of lurker mode on the list. I recently stumbled
across the Leitax website and was really interested in the prospect of
converting over some of my treasured Zuikos that have been languishing
unused since I picked up a D700 but yet haven't been able to bring myself to
sell off.
Anybody have any experience using them? The loss of the DoF scale stings a
bit but otherwise they seem pretty promising. Tempted to start with possibly
ordering the Dandelion chip and putting it on my Tamron Adaptall 90mm 2.5
macro as a first test. Not really much of an issue with the D700 since I can
input non-CPU lenses but it would be nice to have, especially if I converted
several lenses.
Curious to hear any feedback on how it's worked out for anybody else.
