I felt poorly one morning when I worked in Glasgow for Big Petroleum.
Dragged my sorry *rs* through on the train (SRO, of course), up the St
Vincent Street hill to work.
By 10am my head was on the desk, so I went down to the medical suite
(perk of Big Petroleum...), where I was intercepted by the doc at the door.
'Stop there. You have the flu - go home, now.'
The third day was the worst...
