I suggested the same, Ed, but Nicholas wont listen...coz we are his only
friends. Dont tell anyone. The truth is, he is paranoid that we are going to
expel him if he dozent bring the OM gear on that trip.

OTOH, what might happen...he might just tell us hes bringing it. No one will
see him except for the few no existent Irish members. But you know the Irish,
they would be constantly drunk and prolly wont even remember he visited...

Best

Boris

I'd suggest not taking any OM gear. Take the Mamiya 7, and get a wide-angle
lens for it, and bring it. That will more than cover what you might want to
shoot, and you end up with negs 5x bigger than 35mm negs. Sell the 50/1.2 and
100/2 and get the 43mm for the Mamiya 7. If they are in nice shape that should
be about an even swap or maybe you will have change left over.

Once you get hooked on the Mamiya 7 and start seeing some nice prints from it,
it's likely you might forget 35mm gear even exists. I know I have,... even
though I have a nice stash of OM and Canon EF glass.
