I can't answer that, as I live in the midwest, where exactly 0 homes use fuel 
oil, so there's no way to know. Doesn't apply to Natural Gas, though. I don't 
think there's much concern about home heating, though, as the amounts used 
arent' as big as over the road diesel useage.

That's interesting. Has the same thing happened to #2 fuel oil which I always 
considered essentially the same as diesel?  Fortunately, I don't have to buy #2 
fuel oil any more.
