I find it disturbing that the phone company didn't ask about the
proper placement of filters on phones when adsl is on the line. This
is so basic and one of the first questions we ask. Everybody in this
industry knows about filters and the common symptoms. I'd ask for a
refund of the service call because their tech support should have
asked the proper questions in the first place.
