Good to see that you finally have a life...:) Many thanks for hosting TOPE up
until now, take care of the little one, well figure something out.
Here are my thoughts:
I think Joel "hit the nail on the head". A lot of us dont use Olympus cameras
anymore. Personally, I always wanted to participate and even pleaded to this
list on several occasions to relax the rules, but you guysez were stubborn...:)
Now is the time to rethink this. I do support the suggestion that a membership
to this list should allow you to participate. If not...count me out.
I too agree that it is prolly a good idea to have a separate gallery for
current pictures, in which anyone can submit their latest best pictures, but my
suggestion is to name it instead of"what have you done lately" to something
like a "showcase". I know it is not very original, but my brain is still in
sleep mode.
I strongly disagree with the two events per year proposed. It seems reasonable
to have it four times a year if we include everyone. Yes, the current shooting
period is short especially for those who moved away from film and all things
Olympus digital.
Not to pick on Ken, but let me pick on Ken...:) I hate film, I really do and
always have.
I will have some more suggestions in a sense of how to make it fun to
participate once I am awake.
