I think the use of those words depends upon the circumstance, I agree 
with you if it took place during the day and other traffic around etc 
but this was at night with good visability and no other traffic in sight 
on a good surfaced road  ;-).  I have not yet been brainwashed by the 
government statement that speed kills but I do agree that the improper 
use of speed kills.
