I have no idea what's going on now but I'll add that when Kodak was 
still doing Kodachrome processing in New Jersey they processed a roll of 
mine using a mailer that was probably at least 5 years old and a roll of 
K64 that had been exposed at least 10 years earlier.  I found both in 
the back of a desk drawer after a move.  Obviously the K64 had not been 
stored under ideal conditions.  The slides had some color shifting and 
perhaps some fogging as they looked soft as though slightly unfocused.

I would be surprised if Dwayne's or Kodak would reject these.  Neither 
needs any bad press.
