Seriously, the Austin/San Antonio area has to a large degree escaped the  
malaise in the economy.  There could also be temporary accommodations  for a 
job seeker.  Limited darkroom privileges might be arranged.
 
 
The only advise I would give you would to not jump ship too soon.  If  your 
employer is offering a package you want to be sure and get it.
