Hi Jez,

Yes, the complete route was
C:\Documents and Settings\Fernando\Menú Inicio\Programas\Inicio

But I didn't get it there yesterday - I registered the device at
Datacolor late at night, and this morning had an email to register an
account there. Having done so, activation, etc., first screen I saw
was instructions on how to delete that .lnk file . It was still there.

Now I have all the contents of Calibration folder copied to a 31/2
floppy, wondering what would happen if I copy them back there, having
cleaned the registry.

Besides, yesterday, after installing, software didn't recognize / find
the device - the day before yesterday I had installed and it all
seemed to work right, only that too complicated and didn't get to
calibrate the monitor. Since I hadn't disabled Adobe Gamma and got mad
at the device, proceeded to uninstall it and cleaned anything related
to datacolor and spyder into RegEdit, planning to disable Adobe Gamma
(there should be a backup of the Registry before that first attempt to
install) Now the device is unplugged, will see if software finds
hardware ... wish me luck.

Fernando.
