   Hi Tim,

Definitely I agree with you. When I said "they simply thought digital  
market was not going to be so successful" I tried to say they were  
stuck in the past and when you have written "My guess is the company  
was split internally too, and had difficulty deciding to go whole hog  
and cannibalize the old business", IMHO you have described it  
perfectly! We have seen many times a long the history how huge  
corporations can stall harshly in a very short period of time.  
Obviously something doesn´t work inside KODAK. Let´s see if they can  
keep the flagship floating.
