I see four under US$50 on www.abebooks.com - and one of them is in Denver.
All appear to be first edition, there are second editions for less than
US$100.

Another one in ebay for $89....   This book is really hard to find.

Is there a newer Edition? I can only find the 1st Edition, 1979.
