[OM] Cranky 4T hot shoe--suggestions?

Arrgh,
I did not sign up for a problem child.  Perhaps send him back to the 
best boot camp in existance.

OTOH, the aperture coupling tab installed by John on my Mirex T-S 
adapter for OM is aesthetic and functional perfection.
