If you follow the link in the bounce notice you'll learn that his ISP
(RoadRunner) is not accepting mail from your ISP (EastLink) due to EastLink
being the origin of too much spam (as they - RR - view it). This has nothing
to do with Bob, however much he might want to take credit.
Unfortunately, if you have no alternate ISP or e-mail service, there's no
easy way around this; you might want to consider keeping a Gmail or Hotmail
or similar account lying around for just this sort of eventuality.
