The first one was a violation of that law.
The second wasn't--it was just somebody getting too close and the auger not
only caught the fiber, but pulled on it so hard that it ripped apart 200-300
feet of it.
The third one--well, there is no accounting for idiocy. Those green metal
boxes aren't THAT hard to see (or hear when the mower blades are chopping it
apart).
Go figure...
