For me, the megapixel limit has already been reached for proper
cameras. I don't care whether my E3 has 10 or 12 megapixels (in fact,
I was not sure if it had 10 or 12). If and when an E4 is introduced, I
hope that the improvements are in the high ISO performance and dynamic
range and not megapixels.

When I buy compact cameras for my children or my wife, the megapixel
limit has been surpassed already. In fact, I actively avoid the 10 or
12 megapixel ones and seek out the 8 megapixels (about the lowest you
can buy these days).
