Funny, there is where it should be but I cannot find it either at
Accessories.
It is possible to reinstall the access from the xp disc, but I think
it's less risky to take it from:
%SystemRoot%\system32\charmap.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\charmap.exe
and drag it to where you prefer to have it, mine is just over the
calculator ( Start menu ).
