I have frequently flown from Heathrow and Gatwick. Polite request for
"hand search" of films has stopped them being put through the "ZAPPER".
If told that all films slower than 800asa are safe to be scanned, I
just point out that I will be going through a number of airports. No
problems.
I have never worried about CF cards. They have been through LOTS of
airport scanners with no ill effects!
