I have 35mm color print film developed at nearby 1 hour minilabs.
(costco, walmart, target). Finger prints, dust, drips are (too) often
present on the negative strips. I've tried but doubt I'll succeed in
training the operators :-)
How should I clean the negatives?
Recommendations for good mail order labs would also be appreciated.
