I like the NCs a lot too. I tried a couple of rolls of VC. Didn't scan
well at camera store, lost highlights and shadows, but find at home. Try
some sunlight snaps with VC and have them drugstore processed - Nuclear
prints!
If scanning using icc film profiles, I imagine the results would be
essentially identical.
