One assumes it has a version of the Sony 10+mp sensor that Sony and
Nikon use, with very different results. So one might assume that N has
proprietary control of some sensor features and/or the rest of the
imaging system - and that Pentax doesn't have access to that technology.
No matter what other wonderful features it may have, you don't want
something that images like the alpha100. Most especially so after
getting used to the 5D.
It's all about the Image!
