What's moronic about PASM? It makes sense to me: You've got two main
variables, each of which could be set automatically or manually,
giving you four settings, P, A, S, and M.

I don't mean to explain what you obviously know. I just don't see
what's dumb about it.

Just a quick personal note: I use 2 OM-1's and 2 OM-4t's. In the
limited instances where I've picked up an OM-2s, it always seemed
slightly odd. I guess I just need to handle it more...
