Absolutely. Both the best and most courteous drivers I have seen.
They don't mind a little competition from time to time. You just have
to understand the system. Just a concrete example. If you are on a
two lane road with traffic in both directions and you want to pass
the car in front, you signal you start your left turn signal and he
pulls to the right shoulder of the road. The oncoming traffic does
the same and you go in between. Neat and fun.
