Greetings All,
Been off line a while (dead 'pooter here at work) so I'm
just getting caught up. I have a need for information regarding the
above topic in the area of Cambridge. By way of explanation, my wife's
family has a family reunion/vacations every three years. The age range
of attendees varies from 2-72 years. In previous years we have journeyed
to Cape Cod and the Outer Banks of NC. For the gathering next summer my
sister-in-law is planning the event (June '07) in a large house outside
of Cambridge, MD on the water of the Bay. My questions are for anyone on
the List who may be familiar with the area: the area looks pretty rural;
is there much to do/see outside of water activities? When I looked at
the photo of the house on their website, the first thing that came to
mind was MOSQUITOES. Are my concerns justified? Now coming from SC I'm
no one to give fault if your area has mosquitoes, but the northern
cousins have very few; a bumper crop will likely spoil the trip for
them.
