The last Policy Update at
https://www.paypal.com/row/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_update-policy was dated 8
June 2006.
Which talks about sending & receiving limits. Note the 8 jun date, being
several weeks ago. If was legit, I would expect to see something about
it on this page. On the other hand Paypal always address communications
by name eg "Dear Joe Nobody" rather than the expected "Dear Paypal
Member" that spoofs use. Which makes it confusing<Unsure>
I've forwarded it to SPOOF@xxxxxxxxxx and am awaiting a reply.
