8-)) I am talking about the NHL (Ice hockey) playoffs. The Buffalo Sabres are
the local team here in Buffalo NY. They are in the finals against the Carolina
Hurricanes...the series is tied 3-3 out of a best of 7. Winner goes on to play
the Edmonton Oilers for the Stanley Cup!
The Buffalo Sabres beat the Hurricanes today 2-1 in OT - otherwise Carolina
would have advanced to the championship. The Hurricanes led the series 3-2.
