They probably are made by Energizer/Technuity for Olympus. I am not going to
complain for
the price that I paid. Also it comes with a 3-yr warranty.

Most of them probably are ok when new, I suspect the good ones actually
continue to perform well for longer. It's hard to justify the genuine Oly
batteries when others are so much cheaper though. Perhaps they're all made
in the same factory and the price is based solely on the brand name on the
label - who really knows ?
