I had to find the instructions on the Web for my Motorola HS820
handsfree, but the trick was to hold down the on/off button for
longer than it needed to switch it on -- around 10 seconds. Then
the handsfree went into pairing mode (sounds good to me ;-)) and you
could do the normal thing with the phone. The code for the
handsfree, to key into the mobile, was 0000.
Your codes etc ... might be different.
