No, shoes. Women love shoes, and you don't even have to go out and buy them.
In fact, it's better if you don't even try. Just tell her you'll foot (pun
intended) the bill for a couple of pairs and she can go shopping for them any
time she wants, while you do something else. It's a gender-specific, genetic
thing, I believe. My wife must have 40 or 50 pairs, and keeps buying more.
I've got a half dozen pairs, and I won't wear a couple of those unless the
others are muddy and wet or I've stepped in something too gross to clean off
until it dries.
