Answer to this is yes; press the two buttons on the top above the LCD
screen (flash, the lightning bolt / quality, the sort of pyramid of
squares) at the same time to go to a saved setting, and rotate one of
the wheels to pick which setting.
"C" is "cancel changing", ie don't do anything if you pressed them by
accident; "0" is the "camera defaults".
