Thanks for the criticisms. It helps to give more priority to the things I
already thought should be done and points out things I was blind to.

The blown out exposure on the window of the Monroe house is actually a plus.
The house is very nice but in one of the worse neighborhoods. If it were
located about four blocks to the north, the price would be nearly $1M
higher.

I would agree that the green under the cabinets isn't too objectionable in
this case. I can't say that about some of the other pictures that I settled
for. I picked this example because of the large amount of incandescent,
fluorescent, and daylight giving odd colors and because of the small image
linking to the previous page shows a strong blue cast to the daylight
streaming through the front entrance.

My Photoshop skills are pretty limited. I need to learn how to select areas
for masks so that I can do local corrections to exposure and color temp. A
lot more light power, and color correction gels should get me pretty close
to what I want very quickly. I've thought about changing light bulbs but if
anything breaks and it takes a day or two to fix it, the cost of the delay
would be great. Eventually I'll probably start having to do that for
overhead fluorescent lights which aren't very common yet. For the counter
lights, it appears that $30 worth of gel filters and some tape will be quick
and low risk.

This morning I started spending money to head down the path of more light
and color correction filters. (I was completely blind to filters - when I
talked to the local pro photo store about swapping bulbs in a photo flood,
they didn't mention filters - that's a big part of the reason my money flows
elsewhere)

Thanks for all of the ideas!

Ps the condominium had minimal furnishings/decorations because of a short
time for sale and much of the furniture etc was already at other homes that
are for sale.
