Eloquent and amusing as usual. One only has to look at one's own  
experience, the experiences of friends, the satisfaction ratings by  
independent groups, and the list of companies banned by the State  
Insurance Commissioner to know that the insurance industry has as  
many crooks, hucksters and liars as any other industry. To pretend it  
is otherwise and to scold because you happen to work in it...
