Looks like one of the later vintage M-1's which haven't been converted over
to be MD capable.

Sometimes the slotted screws on the lens mount get damaged when they're removed
for servicing.  Olympus used some rather stiff Loctite like substance on some
of the bodies.  When the screws are damaged they'll be replaced with regular
cross point screws.  The MD badge is rather odd as the body doesn't appear to
have been converted to MD capabilities.  Maybe they replaced the leatherette
and didn't have non-MD versions of it.

Check the date stamp on the prism, that will be the most precise indicator as
to when it was made.

It has definitely been serviced at some point as no M-1 was shipped from the
factory as MD capable.
