Why do I have several 135mm lenses, when it is one focal length I seldom
ever use? Anyone else have this kind of trouble?

Anyways a couple days ago I added another, a Vivitar 135/2.8 Close Focusing
(down to 1:2), takes 62mm filter. It was one of those snipes you kind of
regret when it wins, but still was only $20 plus shipping.
Then it arrived with oily blades. :-(
So the seller offered a $15 refund, rather than a return. :-).
(Contrary to some people's experiences, I must admit I've had pretty good
luck with resolving problems with epay sellers. )

Tonight I put it on the operating table, and it is the easiest lens I've
ever operated on for cleaning aperture blades. Now it's nice and snappy.

But is it any good, or going to be a big disappointment? I can't try it for
awhile, as this is the last week of deer season - no time during daylight.
